A) Optisolve SAVI and Pathfinder are both subscription-based technologies. Optisolve offers multiple tiered subscription plans depending on your organization’s needs. Please reach out to us and our sales team will gladly walk you through our plans.
A) Our systems are designed to assist organizations with varying levels of needs, ability and resources. OptiSolve can help both a novice user with our EasyStart template or an advanced user ready to automate high-level standards and test methodologies. The system is completely configurable to fit your industry, locations and users; however, you need to be willing to invest the time to follow and complete our setup wizard for optimal results. We recommend assigning an internal champion who will be the master user and be willing to lead, teach and monitor all users.

A) OptiSolve’s focus is to innovate and engineer systems for detection, diagnostics and surveillance of environmental risk. Our preventative solutions can help prepare facilities in their strategies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
OptiSolve Pathfinder® technology generates images of surface contamination. The technology is not a specific indicator of SARS-COV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. But, it does help visualize potential environmental risk and keep in mind that experts agree clean surfaces are an important part of healthy spaces. Being able to identify risk in the environment, and targeting it with precision cleaning and corrective action, is an important step in the right direction to stop the spread of infection.
