The Optisolve Way

We’ve been protecting places, people and reputations for 60 years.

Optisolve began as a question, which led to an idea. The question was simple. “Is this surface clean?”

A small team within an international organization with over 60 years of experience in manufacturing cleaning products, began working with academics and tech innovators to find solutions that would help cleaning teams identify contaminated surfaces with far more accuracy.

A Need For Innovative Test Methodologies

After several years of research with leading, world-class partners, Optisolve developed our proprietary surface imaging technology. Optisolve Pathfinder™️ is able to produce high-quality images that proactively reveal where contamination exists before and after cleaning.

We combine this with the Optisolve SAVI®️ quality management system to produce a comprehensive program to validate cleaning and disinfection. We work with organizations to not only visualize and track results but also provide evidence-based recommendations to improve performance, training and education. The overall outcome is enhanced cleaning and healthier spaces.

Introducing precision cleaning

“The challenges for today’s cleaning teams, more relevant than ever before, be it in hospitals, long-term care homes, or with facility managers and building service contractors are a) how to increase productivity without lowering the cleaning and disinfecting standards and b) how to reduce cleaning costs of which almost 90% is labor.” Says Tony Ambler, Chairman, Optisolve Ltd and Swish Group of Companies

“Optisolve meets these challenges with our precision cleaning approach. By providing our customers and the industry with a visual, evidence-based cleaning validation technology that can detect contamination along with tools that can measure, record, and monitor cleaning effectiveness thus taking the guesswork out of the cleaning equation.”

FAQ

A) Optisolve SAVI and Pathfinder are both subscription-based technologies. Optisolve offers multiple-tiered subscription plans depending on your organization’s needs. Please reach out to us and our sales team will gladly walk you through our plans.

A) Our systems are designed to assist organizations with varying levels of needs, abilities, and resources. Optisolve can help both a novice user with our EasyStart template and an advanced user ready to automate high-level standards and test methodologies. The system is completely configurable to fit your industry, locations, and users; however, you need to be willing to invest the time to follow and complete our setup wizard for optimal results. We recommend assigning an internal champion who will be the master user and be willing to lead, teach and monitor all users.

A) In order to track and report Pathfinder data a SAVI subscription is needed. The SAVI subscription allows you to track, organize, measure, and report your Pathfinder results and more. However, you can subscribe to just the SAVI quality management system. Contact us to see which Optisolve technology  is the right fit for your organization

A) OptiSolve’s focus is to innovate and engineer systems for the detection, diagnostics, and surveillance of environmental risk. Our preventative solutions can help prepare facilities in their strategies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Optisolve Pathfinder® technology generates images of surface contamination. The technology is not a specific indicator of SARS-COV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. But, it does help visualize potential environmental risks and keep in mind that experts agree clean surfaces are an important part of healthy spaces. Being able to identify risks in the environment, and targeting them with precision cleaning and corrective action, is an important step in the right direction to stop the spread of infection.

A) We certainly do. We’re proud of our support team. The level of service they provide our customers is customized depending on the subscription, type of facility, and the customer’s objectives. New Pathfinder™customers are provided with a detailed yet easy-to-follow instructional video. We typically onboard our SAVI®  customers with a support meeting. Optisolve also has a separate support website, as well as user guides that cover almost any and every aspect of both Pathfinder™ and SAVI®.

A) Yes! During the lifetime of their subscription, our customers have access to all updates we publish through the App Store. The desktop site launches automatically when updates and improvements are made. We also notify our customers about any system maintenance scheduled to take place, together with timely updates during and after the updates.

A) We troubleshoot with our customers when and if they have issues with their hardware. Optisolve maintains ownership of the hardware because of our subscription model, and it has to be returned if the customer wishes to cancel their subscription. From our customer contract: ” If a customer believes that the Optisolve Pathfinder™ is defective, the customer may seek Optisolve’s technical support in accordance with Section 9. If Optisolve’s technical support reasonably verifies the customer’s claim that the Optisolve Pathfinder™ is defective, the customer may return the hardware to Optisolve at the customer’s expense, following which, Optisolve will deliver a replacement Pathfinder™ to the customer at Optisolve’s expense.”
