How do I know if OptiSolve is the right fit for my organization?
Our systems are designed to assist organizations with varying levels of needs, ability and resources. OptiSolve can help both a novice user with our EasyStart template or an advanced user ready to automate high-level standards and test methodologies. The system is completely configurable to fit your industry, locations and users; however, you need to be willing to invest the time to follow and complete our set up wizard for optimal results. We recommend assigning an internal champion who will be the master user and be willing to lead, teach and monitor all users.
How much does it cost?
OptiSolve SAVI and Pathfinder are both subscription-based technologies. In response to COVID-19 and increased demand, we are currently transitioning our licensing agreements to an online subscription platform.
OptiSolve is currently working with our existing customers on the update of our mobile device units.
Does OptiSolve detect the virus for COVID-19?
OptiSolve’s focus is to innovate and engineer systems for detection, diagnostics and surveillance of environmental risk.
Our preventative solutions can help prepare facilities in their strategies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
OptiSolve Pathfinder® technology generates images of surface contamination. The technology is not a specific indicator of SARS-COV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. But, it does help visualize potential environmental risk and keep in mind that experts agree clean surfaces are an important part of healthy spaces. Being able to identify risk in the environment, and targeting it with precision cleaning and corrective action, is an important step in the right direction to stop the spread of infection.
What are some of the most “germy” surfaces?
Our procedures support current best practices for environmental cleaning and disinfection so the surfaces we commonly test are high-touch surfaces with potential for cross-contamination. Examples of these surfaces include door handles, light switches, handrails, buttons, shared computers and equipment. What is unique about the OptiSolve technology is its ability to create a visual result (and often visceral response). People see the potential risk and quickly understand the what/how/why and have an immediate desire to clean!
What is precision cleaning and how do you “measure” clean?
We have developed the term “precision cleaning” as a method of observing, measuring and responding to environmental cleaning and disinfection in order to optimize returns, resources, and overall health.
OptiSolve SAVI is a comprehensive software system that allows you to perform real-time site assessments to validate or “measure” cleaning. With a variety of test methodologies using qualitative and quantitative data, an inspector evaluates survey items and then records the information in the quality management system (QMS). The Master User sets up scoring parameters to define what will pass or fail based on organizational standards.
Is there someone in my area that can provide us with OptiSolve as a service?
Yes, we work with both local and national consultants and environmental service providers in the USA and Canada. Please contact us and our customer support team will provide more information. Thank you.
