GBAC Star Register seal logo

Optisolve® Ltd. has announced that both Pathfinder™ Surface Imaging Technology and SAVI® quality management system is GBAC STAR™ Registered.

The Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) Registered Technology and Programs Seal provides assurance to customers, manufacturers and companies that the program or technology has been assessed by the GBAC Advisory Council Scientific Board for scientific validity, usability, practicality, safety, and efficacy.

Optisolve®  developed Pathfinder™ surface imaging technology so that facility managers and cleaning teams could have a powerful tool to assess surfaces for contamination. Enabling users to actually see the risk and take corrective action for improved environmental monitoring, health and safety assurance, and facility performance.

Optisolve®  SAVI® cleaning quality management system makes evidence-informed site assessments easy and effective. SAVI’s cloud-based quality management system enables facility teams to plan, conduct, track and report on site assessments for product verification, cleaning quality, surface testing validation, and environmental monitoring/auditing. Using feedback gathered in SAVI®, facility managers can design and implement evidence-backed proactive and preventative solutions for environmental health & safety.

The combination of Optisolve® Pathfinder™ and SAVI® provides dynamic facilities with a comprehensive technology-enabled cleaning quality management solution to help develop, manage and oversee facility SOPs while maintaining highest compliance standards.

“Optisolve is excited and honored to receive this registration and reaffirms its position as an innovative provider of transformational technologies aimed at players in the environmental support services and cleaning validation industry space who are always looking at such solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs and strengthen their business bottom lines.”

Anthony ( Tony ) Ambler, Director and Board Chair, Optisolve Ltd.

As the cleaning industry’s only outbreak prevention, response and recovery accreditation, GBAC STAR helps organizations establish protocols and procedures, offers expert-led training, and assesses readiness for biorisk situations. Being registered verifies that Optisolve® Pathfinder™ Surface Imaging Technology is positioned as approved for use with GBAC STAR protocols and standards, and is on its way to becoming validated as meeting a higher level of cleanliness and safety.

“With so many options on the market today, it can be overwhelming for decision makers to select the best equipment, chemicals, or programs,” said GBAC Executive Director Patricia Olinger. “With GBAC STAR Registered, it’s clear which solutions and programs have been vetted by experts and meet a higher level of cleanliness and safety. This allows managers to better equip and train professionals so they can more easily and effectively uphold public health.”
