New evidence-based technology reveals contamination on surfaces and validates your cleaning protocols, keeping people and spaces cleaner, safer and healthier.
It’s your responsibility to ensure the safety of the places you manage and the people inside of them. So how are you determining what’s clean, and what’s contaminated? Visual inspection or a simple swab test? And how effective is your cleaning plan? Are you still using a checklist? How do you track the effectiveness of your cleaning? Do you know specifically what areas you need to be allocating more resources to?
How do you solve all of these challenges?
You’ll be able to develop a precise cleaning program that will reduce chemical usage, while planning the correct disinfecting and cleaning regimen needed to keep your facility clean, healthy and safe. Visually proven with Pathfinder™, and tracked with SAVI® .
With SAVI® helping you develop a properly documented cleaning program, you no longer have to guess what needs to be cleaned; your precision cleaning protocols will target highly contaminated areas in less time, reducing labor costs.
You’ll also be able to validate the effectiveness of your precision cleaning protocols to stakeholders. With evidence of your cleaning effectiveness documented and stored in SAVI®, you can quickly show before and after images from Pathfinder™ to inspectors, or anyone interested.
Our SAVI® software is a digital quality management system that allows facility teams to plan, conduct, track and report site assessments regarding cleaning quality, surface cleaning validation and environmental monitoring and audit. Using evidence-based feedback gathered in SAVI®, managers can design and implement proactive and preventative cleaning protocols and processes.
Optisolve Pathfinder™ is proprietary visualization technology that detects and captures images of contamination in high-risk areas. It then generates contamination density maps. Taking the guesswork out of what’s clean and what’s contaminated, making it easier for you to ensure that health & safety regulations are met or exceeded in high-risk environments.

Systems and processes that improve your productivity and provide the best ROI, not only from investments in technology and equipment but also from labor, can differentiate between an outdated cleaning program and one that adapts and thrives in today’s changing landscape.
“Do you want to actually see where you’re deficient? Optisolve is the way to get there. It’s the only way in our entire industry to get there. Like you can actually see the clean. It’s crazy! “
Kelly Montgomery, Custodial services manager at Clackamas Community College shares how Optisolve has changed how his team validates their cleaning program.
"Optisolve has been a complete game-changer for our organization. The Pathfinder and Savi tools have taken auditing, data management, and Quality Assurance to levels that I didn't know were possible. This program allows inspectors the ability to provide unprecedented visual inspections and high–quality reporting and analytics. The “cherry-on-top” is the excellent customer service the Optisolve staff provides to end-users. I have never been more impressed with a vendor and its product."
“In the wake of COVID19 it became imperative to validate our procedures, improve training and ensure the safety of our students, faculty and employees. Optisolve was the right choice.”
Our powerful Pathfinder™ surface imaging technology allows facility managers and cleaning teams to assess surfaces for contamination, visually detect any risks, and fine-tune their cleaning practices for improved environmental monitoring, health and safety assurance, and facility performance.
Step 1: Attaching our Pathfinder imaging hardware to the mobile tablet mounted on the tripod.
Step 2: Set up the Pathfinder unit in front of the hard, non-porous surface you want to examine.
Step 3: Apply our Illuminator bio-tracker spray to the surface.
Step 4: Pathfinder™ then captures surface contamination data.
Step 5: Our proprietary technology processes this into intensity maps, providing visual images and scorecard results to identify areas and intensity of contamination.
Step 6: Using our SAVI® software, your Pathfinder images are stored and assigned in a user-friendly dashboard that helps you set and monitor benchmarks, create and share reports, and make data-informed decisions for improving your cleaning performance.
Step 7: Pathfinder results can easily be shared to help management locate and address issues, improve training, and develop precision, highly-effective cleaning programs.

Optisolve began as a question, which led to an idea. The question was simple. “Is this surface clean?” A small team within an international organization with over 60 years experience in manufacturing cleaning products, began working with academics and tech innovators to find solutions that would help cleaning teams identify contaminated surfaces with far more accuracy.
That solution was Optisolve. Read more
